La Piu Belle Rosé ... the "most beautiful" ...

This delicious rosé is named after a goddess worshiped by the indigenous people of Millahue, whose name simply translates to "the most beautiful".

It's an apt name for this light and elegant wine, made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Syrah and Carménère.

In 2022, VIK started harvesting at the end of February, so the expression of each grape variety and their contribution to this composition are unique.

The Cabernet Sauvignon offers structure and elegance with red fruits, while the Carménère allows us to appreciate volume, spice and black fruits. The Syrah presents itself with floral notes and blue nuances to match the Cabernet
Franc to blend, which offers a fine minerality and pronounced acidity.

Nose:

The Cabernet Sauvignon gives the nose ripe red berries and round tannins on the middle palate.

Cabernet Franc sets accents in graphite and floral scents in lavender and rose.

Enjoyment:

Smoked salmon on toast with ricotta and extra virgin olive oil. Fresh pappardelle with tomato sauce, grated parmesan and basil leaves. Lobster with butter and steamed fresh vegetables.

And wonderful with a paella.
