Hecht & Bannier only came into existence in 2002, but in just a few years has made a name for itself in the south of France and beyond. Their goal is for their wines to become the reference for quality in the region, with a unique selection of appellation wines. Keeping the typical Mediterranean power in their wines while maintaining balance and freshness is their mantra for all the appellations they produce.

The cornerstone of their wines is our extensive knowledge of vineyards and cellars. Every year they visit hundreds of producers to select only the best wines. Often the wines come from vineyards in the cooler foothills, where hundred-year-old vines are not uncommon. After the long selection process, they organize tastings to create the blends and decide on their elevation options.
