Terroir al Límit is the flagship - deeply inspired by the very old winemaking and traditions of Burgundy.

The winery is stocked with the regional classics Carignan, Garnacha, Garnacha Blanca and Pedro Ximénez. In the locations of up to 850 meters above sea level, wine enthusiasts succeed in producing excellent high-altitude wines. Dominik Huber cultivates the vineyards sustainably and gives nature free rein whenever possible.

Munich resident Dominik Huber fell in love with the Mediterranean culture of pleasure early in life. Despite his studies in economics, he was already drawn to the wineries of Spain during this time. This laid the foundation for a special success story. Today, Terroir al Límit is entirely in Huber's hands and is internationally renowned.

At the age of 27, Dominik Huber studied economics and marketing in London, Munich and Madrid. As a student, in 1996, he gained his first experience at Mas Martinet in the Priorat wine region.

Shortly after graduating, he worked at another Pérez family winery: Cims de Porrera. Here the later winemaker not only learned a lot about viticulture and winemaking, but also made friends with the South African oenologist Eben Sadie.

In 2001 they both returned to Cims de Porrera and decided to create their own project, naming it Terroir al Límit. The success story began with the grapes from Cims de Porrera. At that time still in a corner of the basement of the Pérez family - but already with a big vision.

2003 - Terroir al Limít is independent... and cult...

It wasn't until 2003 that Terroir al Límit finally moved into its own basement building. From then on, the small village of Torroja was home to the extraordinary wine project. In the same year, the first vintage of "Arbossar" saw the light of day. Torroja, Les Manyes and Les Tosses soon followed. Wines that are now among the most prestigious wines from Priorat in international gastronomy.

The international wine scene is full of praise. James Suckling's iconic Garnacha "Les Manyes" scored a proud 96 points. Other highlights include fruity-aromatic and complex "Arbossar", "Pedra de Guix" or "Terra de Cuques".
