Prunotto is located in Alba, the main center of the Langhe, equidistant from Barbaresco and Barolo, on the right bank of the Tanaro river, in a gentle plain surrounded by the Langhe and Roero vineyards. Prunotto is embedded in a landscape that enchants with the naturalness of the hills and the valleys that gradually descend in rows of vines.

The Antinori family let themselves be conquered by such an ensemble with such special vineyards and soils and decided to deal with this terroir, convinced to start a process that would make Prunotto one of the most important companies in the Piedmont oenological landscape today.
