It's finally here! The first rosé from the very elegant and cool 2021 vintage.

Rosé has a very special status at the Strehn winery. Rosé is more than a wine, it conveys so much emotion and lifestyle...

The new vintage impresses with ripe prickly pear, hints of peaches, strawberries and meadow herbs, and intense and juicy fruit on the palate. A lot of wine :-).

Analytical Profile: Alcohol: 13.0% vol. ; Residual sugar: 1.5 g/l ; Acid: 5.6 g/l
Eye: Bright, radiant rosé.
Nose: Invigorating fresh scent of vineyard peach, lemon verbena and pink grapefruit on the nose.
Taste: Juicy fruit on the palate, well integrated acidity and creamy body. Serious rosé with delicate tannins, long finish, also makes something tempered!

quality level: Quality wine, dry
Age of the vines: 35 years
Expansion: stainless steel tank
Enjoyment: Perfect with beetroot carpaccio with goat's cream cheese and prawns. Or: hearty dishes such as black pudding. But also great with sushi.
