Great red wine from our favorite island!

Cherry red wine, characterized by the liveliness of a wine born in a privileged environment at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains and very close to the north coast of Mallorca. It has a medium intensity but is full of brightness and energy. It is also characterized by a great complexity of aromas, where the nuances of the lower Mediterranean forest mix with the leafy litter and nuts. It is as pleasant as it is complex, the result of the synthesis of the vineyard with its natural environment and organic farming that is fully integrated with nature. In the mouth it stands out for its friendliness and balance, driven by a very good acidity that gives it great length and persistence. It is a wine with medium structure and velvety sensations that show the delicacy of vinification by gravity. It is the result of a blend of varieties in a privileged natural environment, always with the Bay of Pollença as a backdrop.

Analytical Profile: Alcohol: 13.5% vol. ; Residual sugar < 0.66 g/l ; Acid: 6.38 g/l
Eye: Slightly opaque garnet red with purple hues.
Nose: Sour cherries, red and dark berries, thyme, laurel and juniper with a little air, cinnamon and chocolate are added.
Taste: Lots of freshness combined with ripe, juicy fruit and lively acidity. Silky, elegant, lively and aromatic, but with a prominent yet ripe tannin framework.
drinking temperature: 15°C - 17°C
Vinification: For the pressing, the complex "Mètode Gravetat" is used, which starts at the highest point of the bodega and presses the must of the wines from the grapes exclusively with the help of gravity. The grapes and the mash only follow the natural force of gravity. Mechanical pumps are not used in order to elicit the finest nuances of flavor from the grapes with the least amount of mechanical stress.
barrel aging time: 12 months in new French oak barrels.
