Can Axartell-Corum

Maximum quantity available reached.

Straw yellow color with golden notes, due to aging for 9 months in foudre. The nose reflects a high aromatic intensity resulting from the terpenic richness of the Malvasia variety. Aging in a French oak foudre and the work of the fine yeast to obtain the suspension complement the varietal notes with nuances of vanilla, cream and nuts. A highly complex aroma emerges, where floral notes mingle with hints of stone fruit and tropical tones, finally accompanied by spicy notes of French oak. It is a wine characterized by good length on the palate, thanks to the good intrinsic acidity that Malvasia naturally possesses. It has a wide and silky entrance, due to the long aging on the lees. In addition, the French oak gives it a certain structure that creates complexity and intensity. In general it is a very enveloping wine, with a predominantly fresh character, but without losing the pleasant sensations of the Mediterranean essence.
