After the careful harvest by hand, Dominik Huber presses the whole fruit and ferments the Dits del Terra with the help of wild vineyard yeasts. He then presses the mash and ferments the wine a second time. 16 months in oak barrels and cement complete the red wine.
Grilled beef shank, herb crusted lamb shank, pasta with meatballs and dark chocolate mousse. But also a great accompaniment to a tapas evening!
