Analytical Profile:	Alcohol: 12.0% vol. ; Acid: 5.40 g/l ; Residual sugar: 6.6 g/l
Eye:	Brilliant golden yellow.
Nose:	Floral notes are led by a white melon, ripe stone fruit with subtle notes of nutmeg embedded in a pleasantly mild apricot.
Taste:	Crisp and fresh on the palate and full-bodied to drink, balanced sweetness and acidity, pleasantly spicy-mineral perception with a juicy and long-lasting finish.
Expansion:	100% fermentation in stainless steel with fine yeast storage until the beginning of January.

Enjoyment:	This wine is ideal as an aperitif as well as with Asian cuisine.
Vinification:	Gentle whole cluster pressing, 12 hours maceration, natural sedimentation and then temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The Goldmuskateller was destemmed and fermented on the skins for 6 days.
