| Taste: | Ingeniously strong and wonderfully lively body, creamy texture, juicy and dense, fine smoky spice, some caramel, vanilla beans, elderflower, peach, apricot, bananas, papaya. Reminiscent of toasted white bread. Very full-bodied. |
| Expansion: | In small oak barrels on the fine lees (100% new wood). |
| Vinification: | Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation at 15 °C in small oak barrels, constant stirring of the fine lees. |
| Floor: | Paratschernosem of loamy sand with a high proportion of gravel. |
