Eye: Pale salmon pink color, clear and bright, with an attractive luminosity in the glass.
Nose: The nose reflects a marked aromatic intensity, with elegant floral notes of orange blossom and rose, accompanied by fruity aromas of apricot and nectarine, as well as the characteristic red fruits of the unpressed Pinot Noir must flower, enhanced by the finesse of tropical notes of mango and passion fruit be added. In the background, the autochthonous varieties Callet and Manto Negro provide subtle nuances of Mediterranean herbs such as fennel.
Taste: On the palate it is an elegant wine, with a pleasant entry and a fresh sensation, accompanied by notes of white fruit, citrus and sweets. The balanced acidity and volume resulting from the three-month aging on the fine lees give the wine complexity and longevity. Overall, this is a friendly and delicate wine that begs to be enjoyed on a variety of occasions.
