Eye:	Intense, radiant golden yellow with green reflections.
Nose:	Extremely fruity nose, peach, apricot, gooseberries, orange zest, lemongrass, elder, stinging nettle, exotic fruits such as mango and passion fruit, some banana, fresh minerality, pleasant floral notes and fine herbal spice.
Taste:	Very creamy and yet fresh on the palate, some green apple, more peach, apricot and a lot of the exotic after passion fruit, pineapple, also nettle, stone fruit, subtle nutty Burgundy notes linger, elderflower, chamomile, elegant and harmonious, slightly salty minerality, wonderful fruit Acid game, pleasant melt, supple, soft and yet powerful.
Expansion:	7 months on the fine lees.
Vinification:	Alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks at 15°C. 7 months on the fine lees.
Floor:	Brown earth soil made of sandy loam with a high proportion of gravel.
Yield per hectare:	50 hl
Food accompaniment:	Sea and strong freshwater fish, white meat (e.g. veal, poultry).
