Easy drinking wine from Mallorca!

Round and not too complex! The Son P from Finca Es Fangar is great fun and very easy to enjoy. But: quite as beautiful as the most beautiful island in the world!

Eye:	Medium purple.
Nose:	Medium to intense aromas of currants, black cherries. Vanilla nuances from the barrique.
Taste:	Medium intensity, medium acidity, medium tannin. Clear fruit notes of cherries and currants. Fresh finish.
Vinification:	First selection of the grapes in the vineyard and later manual selection. 8 months in American oak barrels. Clarification through vegetable proteins and bentonite. ORGANIC and vegan.
Enjoyment:	A clear case for tapas & Co. But also with grilled dishes, game and beef.
