Description
The Crémant Brut from Domaine La Louvière is made in collaboration with Domaine J. Laurens, a small family winery from Limoux. Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Mauzac and Pinot Noir - a blend of internationally renowned varieties and those more typical of the region. The aroma is made up of fruit aromas such as apple and quince, but there are also yeast aromas reminiscent of brioche. It is once again a perfect example of the fact that in France it is not just the Champagne winegrowers who know how to make sparkling wine!
