Bright yellow with green reflections. Scent of lemon, lemon balm and white flowers. Attacking, very lively mousse with demanding acidity, subtle tannins. A bit rustic looking. Slightly tart herbal spice and quince on the finish.

In the latest SPECIAL SPARKLING Edition, Falstaff presents the most exciting sparkling wines in Europe. From champagne to cava and crémants from Luxembourg, the world of bubbles is as exciting as it is diverse. In the blind tasting, the Cuvée Melusiner took 3rd place (92 points), followed by the Cuvée Pinot Noir Millésime 2015 (90 points) and the *Naked* Auxerrois Crémant (86 points)!
