Black - THE BUTCHER PINOT NOIR

Before Hans Schwarz obeyed his true calling and dedicated all his time to making wine, he hired himself out as a butcher. The butcher is not only a tribute to the beginnings, but also a special darling of the house.

The Butcher line at Schwarz is one of his best red wines. This Pinot Noir matured in large wooden barrels.

The grapes come from the Leitha Mountains, and don't worry: they're also suitable for vegans!
