THE BUTCHER .... the classic!

Before Hans Schwarz followed his true calling and devoted all his time to making wine, he hired himself out as a butcher. The butcher is not only a homage to the beginnings, but also a special darling of the house.

The grapes come from the Leitha Mountains, and don't worry: they're also suitable for vegans!

Expansion:	12 months in 1/3 new barrique and 2/3 used barrique barrels
Enjoyment:	Braised or steamed food - Chili con Carne, Burgundy roast, Boeuf Bourguignon, but also great with cheese: Red cheese, Morbier, Livarot, L'Ami du Chambertin - AND: Everything, absolutely everything from the GRILL! STEAK and CO.!
