Eye:	Intense ruby ​​red color with an almost black core and violet reflections.
Nose:	Intense fruit nose, black cherry fruit, cassis, blueberries, chocolate and cocoa, herbal spices, fine orange zest, rum and coconut, delicate roasted aromas.
Taste:	Wonderful concentration of berries on the palate, balanced texture, full-bodied, round and juicy, plums and herbal spices, smooth tannins, espresso and vanilla, juicy ripe wild cherries, black currant, mineral, some nougat and precious wood spice in the aftertaste, delicate extract-sweet notes.
Expansion:	12 months in small oak barrels.
Vinification:	Traditional mash fermentation in steel tanks at 30 °C, maceration 14 days, followed by malolactic fermentation.
Floor:	Loess-like Chernozem of sandy loam with a high proportion of gravel, Paratschernosem of loamy sand with a high proportion of gravel, sandy soil.
