New wine from the winemaker Jaime Llabres.

2018 was the first year in a long time that it was possible to produce an "experimental" wine in terms of yield. In the Rioja one would speak of a Vino de Autor. Jaime just wanted to present the Cabernet Sauvignon in the form it grows in the vineyard on Mallorca, not fully mature. Typically, the core does not fully ripen, resulting in softer tannins and notes of green peppers. The overall result is impressive, a fruity, well-balanced red wine that is immediately drinkable.

Eye:	Light pale bright red with some garnet notes
Nose:	Its aroma is very harmonious and mainly fruity. Cherries, strawberries and raspberries predominate. Finely spicy finish.
Taste:	In the mouth it is light but enveloping. Good balance between its young tannins, its acidity and the sweet sensation at the beginning.
