Eye:	This wine is characterized by its pale straw yellow color and its pleasant and attractive nose
Nose:	Pears and peaches predominate. Also some spices, nuts and hazelnuts. Coconut and butter herald their passage through the barrel.
Taste:	The mouth is wide, melted, with a cheerful resilience. A great white wine with surprising harmony. Without a doubt, this great wine has an original balance.
Expansion:	50% in new oak barrels and 50% in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks (min. 18ºC - max. 20ºC). Barrel aging: 12 months in 225l barrels (50%). 100% French Oak.
Enjoyment:	Great with, for example, baked fish fillet or chicken breast. Also perfect with all Mediterranean fish dishes.
Eye:	It is very clear and bright, yellow in color with golden notes and of medium intensity.
Nose:	The combination of fruit and oak is appreciated on the nose.
Palate:	On the palate it is very elegant, smooth and round. Persistent and smoky finish.
