A Riesling that rocks! And rolls down the palate as if on rails!

A Riesling with dual citizenship. The foundation is formed by the rocks of the Kremstal. The rest refer to Germany.

The Rock n' Riesling is a tribute to the Moselle, light as a feather and with a subtle residual sweetness. With minimal alcohol. Precise fruit & cracking acidity.

Analytical Profile: Alcohol: 9.5% vol. ; Acid: 9.0 g/l ; Residual sugar: 42.0 g/l
drinking temperature: 8°C - 10°C
Eye: Light yellow-green, higher viscosity in the glass.
Nose: Some sulfur in the nose immediately after opening, which settles with a little air. Then the yellow stone fruit comes to light, some exotic notes paired with subtle herbal spice and some lemongrass.
Taste: On the palate then a wonderful interplay of neat acidity and the 43g/l residual sweetness, intense apricot, some blossom honey and dried apricot remains in the long finish.
