A fresh and fruity rosé - wonderfully stimulating as an aperitif, ideal solo and excellent as a meal accompaniment!

Eye:	Delicate, radiant salmon pink.
Nose:	Animating fruit-intensive nose, wild strawberries, cherries, raspberries, currants, oranges, finely spicy of tea leaves and steppe herbs.
Taste:	Wonderfully fresh and harmonious on the palate with lots of ripe fruit, inviting acidity and a creamy glaze underlaid with fine spice, Powidl, sour cherry, some chamomile, grapefruit, gummy bears, something of roses, figs, slightly salty minerals.
Expansion:	2 months on the fine lees.
Vinification:	Traditional mash fermentation in steel tanks at 30 °C, maceration 14 days, followed by malolactic fermentation.
Floor:	Loess-like Chernosem from sandy loam with a high proportion of gravel, sandy soil, black earth from loamy silt with a high proportion of gravel.
