Composed of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay, the Cuvée Extra Brut is the result of a careful selection of the best grapes from outstanding years of 6 villages classified Grand Cru. After 4 years of aging in the cellar, this 2g champagne is the purest expression of Maison Brimoncourt know-how. The very pale yellow robe sparkles with delicate bubbles that gather into a string of pearls of great purity. Fine and intense nose with notes of citrus and white fruit. The aromas of citrus fruits harmonize perfectly with the minerality of the wine and continue in a wonderful, lingering finish.
