A rosé from the Saar - a Rosaar :-)
It is vinified from Pinot Noir grapes and extended dry. It gets its lighter color with a slightly longer maceration. It shines with a filigree raspberry aroma with a fine strawberry note. The wines are fermented with natural yeasts and no deacidification takes place.
Dry
A rosé in Provence style: you can not only smell the forest fruits, they also unfold on the tongue, accompanied by puristic but balanced mineral notes and herbal aromas.
