Eye:	Ruby red color with an almost black core and purple edges.
Nose:	Wonderfully dense and ripe fruit bouquet spoils the nose from the first moment, cherries, sour cherry compote, black & blueberry roast, figs, some cassis, a touch of liquorice, fresh spicy notes wonderfully underline pleasant floral notes of violets and some black tea.
Taste:	Super powerful and dense on the palate, but wonderfully balanced, sweetheart cherries, wild strawberries, currants, plums, bay leaves, juniper, violets, some liquorice and a hint of marzipan, some herbal tea, mint, tobacco, olives, velvety tanning rip, subtle salty minerality - gives freshness.
Expansion:	In steel tanks, partly in small oak barrels (four fills).
Vinification:	traditional mash fermentation in steel tanks at 30 °C, maceration 14 days, followed by malolactic fermentation in steel tanks.
Floor:	Paratschernosem of loamy sand with a high proportion of gravel.
