This is how we interpret a gin series that represents the winery on the Nile and its Palatinate locations in a purple way. To make the uniqueness of the taste of each terroir tangible for you and to share our love for the world-famous locations of the Palatinate was the incentive to create this product.
Terroir inspired: The aromas of the large location "Kallstadter Saumagen" and the Mediterranean charm of the Palatinate inspired us to preserve this fruity, multi-layered essence for the purple hours of everyday life in a very special kind of gin. In order to reflect the characteristics of this location, we have developed a recipe that is based on the great Rieslings of this location. Grapes, peaches and passion fruit were rounded off with an infusion of the award-winning Riesling from this site.
We added figs, orange blossom and citrus fruits to present the warm, Mediterranean side of the Palatinate.

Juniper, lavender blossoms, coriander seeds, orange blossoms, cocoa, apples, grapes, figs, passion fruit, peach, lemon peel, orange peel, Kallstadter Saumagen Riesling.
Finally, a handful of purple lavender flowers as a special addition, representing the color of the winery that made this creation possible.
