The production of the first sparkling wines in the Limoux area dates back to 1531. At that time, only the monks of Saint-Hilaire Abbey mastered the process of natural fermentation in the bottle, which is still used today. The Crémant Rosé is an extraordinary blend of Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc and Pinot Noir and ensnares your senses. From the harvest to the traditional bottle fermentation, this crémant was produced gently and with the greatest care. The stuff is just so good!
