Small and handy wine preservation that allows a cheap and highly effective protection for wine in an opened bottle for at least 4 weeks.
The only ingredient is pure argon. This is the exact same ingredient found in more expensive wine preservation products. The content of one can is sufficient for up to 15 applications.
Argon is completely harmless and has been approved as a food additive in the EU under number E 938 since 1998. It is non-toxic, non-flammable, non-explosive, and colorless and tasteless.
The noble gas argon is extracted from the air we breathe. Noble gases are used as protective gases in the food industry to prevent unwanted chemical reactions. The argon in WEINLUFT® prevents the reaction of oxygen with the opened wine. Argon is heavier than air. As a result, after it has been introduced into an open wine bottle, it lies protectively on the wine surface and thus prevents it from oxidizing.
